30 March, 2023 – Analysis of 50 companies in the global building’s space by the World Benchmarking Alliance and the CDP has revealed that most do not have a climate transition plan in place. These findings are particularly alarming as buildings make up 37% of global annual carbon emissions.
30 March, 2023 – On Thursday 30 March, the UK Government unveiled its ‘Green Day’ plans which aims to “scale up affordable, clean, homegrown power and build thriving green industries”. 22 March, 2023 – Power generating company Drax has announced it is planning to halt its £2bn carbon capture project in North Yorkshire until it receives a firmer commitment from the UK Government.
