The maintenance fee quoted above provides the user with full access to the search, filter and reporting functions within OnEfficiency after the first year. This assumes that the data is loaded by the client. The software will also provide access to the simplified building energy model, and to the re-calculation of the EPC rating under the latest iteration of SBEM All prices are exclusive of VAT.

In addition to the annual maintenance fee, there is a £295 charge for each non-domestic EPC uploaded*.
